- Account Information: When you register, we collect information like your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Contact Data: The core of our service is managing your contacts. You provide us with information about your personal and professional connections, which may include names, contact details, notes, birthdays, and interaction history (“Contact Data”). You own your Contact Data.
- Preferences: We collect your preferences for reminders, notification settings, and how you categorize your contacts.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
We collect anonymized data about your interactions with our Service, such as feature usage and performance metrics, to help us improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service. This includes:
- Delivering the core CRM functionality, such as storing your Contact Data and sending you reminders.
- Personalizing your experience based on your preferences.
- Communicating with you about service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Monitoring and analyzing trends to improve the Service’s functionality and user experience.
We will never sell your personal information or your Contact Data. We will not share your Contact Data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data Security and Storage
We are committed to protecting your data. We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to safeguard your information. Our database is hosted by Supabase, a trusted and secure infrastructure provider. While we take robust precautions, no system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee 100% security.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all your personal information and all associated Contact Data will be permanently and irretrievably deleted from our systems.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You have full control over your Contact Data. You can add, edit, and delete your contacts and notes at any time. You can also delete your account at any time from your account settings page.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through an in-app notification.
